Candidate will be responsible for inventory accuracy for outbound material. This role requires exceptional organizational skillset, understanding and prioritizing production needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate & Manage material requests utilizing internal systems; eAndons and Smartsheet requests for both ITR and CBR businesses
• Prioritize picking of material based on production needs/coordinate the picking with material handlers for staging

• Lead scheduling for trucks and prioritize material delivery to main site by coordinating with inventory team and leads as needed.
• Maintain the staging area for material/trucks is organized, safe, and clean
• Ensure good Visual management for outbound material; both replenishment material and critical items
• Completion of SAP transactions as needed for outbound material and work with inventory team for corrective actions
• Point of contact for main site for all incoming communication regarding material deliveries
• Support Inventory operations as needed
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
• High school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Inventory/warehousing
• Inventory SAP Experience
Desired Characteristics:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• SAP MM, WM module experience
• Expert level knowledge of SAP
• Math proficiency
• Familiarity with ERP and data entry systems
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting
• Able to sit, walk, move around for long hours at a time
• Must be willing to travel to offsite warehouse and main site as needed
