As a Japanese Bilingual Senior Associate in Enterprise Operations, you'll be the backbone of our operational excellence - ensuring that our teams run smoothly, our clients feel supported, and our global standards are upheld. You'll work with a diverse, high-performing team and be empowered to take ownership of your work from day one.

What You'll Be Doing
1. Own the Operational Rhythm
You'll coordinate logistics and technical setups for team meetings, events, and equipment - ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You'll work independently, prioritize tasks, and keep things moving with minimal direction from the GA Manager.
2. Collaborate Globally, Lead Locally
You'll proactively partner with Executive Administrative Assistants (EAAs) across regions, sharing knowledge and aligning on upcoming tasks. You'll also act as a mentor to peers at Band 4 and 5, guiding them on office protocols and expectations.
3. Be a Trusted Advisor
You'll stay informed about Kyndryl's evolving landscape and act as a go-to resource for your team and stakeholders. Your ability to manage complexity, communicate clearly, and lead with accountability will make you indispensable.

Required Skills and Experience
- Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and professional attitude
- Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities
- High attention to client satisfaction
- Strong skills in:
- Calendar management
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Microsoft Teams
- Concur/Expense tools
- Event coordination
- AI tools
- Technically confident and quick to learn new tools
- Open to change and able to adapt quickly
- Takes ownership and follows through on responsibilities
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
- Familiarity with Kyndryl's GA processes or similar environments
- Comfortable working with global teams across time zones
- Actively seeks learning and development opportunities
- Recognized for handling a heavier workload than peers
