Summary: The Data Analyst is responsible to support the analysis of data, business processes, technologies, and new capabilities for Operations and other cross-functional opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze/document workflows, make recommendations for enhancements and support the implementation and measurement of new processes.
- Collect and analyze data to validate and support informed business decisions.
- Support the development of productivity and capacity planning models to inform staffing and facilitate the development of performance scorecards for all associates.
- Assist in the development of business requirements for key projects and collaborate with cross functional partners on assessment and implementation of projects.
- Assists business leaders in developing tactical and strategic programs to support business unit's goals.
- Prepare routine reporting including analysis of performance data, trending, and recommendation of report adjustments as needed.
- Analyze discrepancies in service performance and make recommendations for updates.
- Proactively assists with the identification of training and development opportunities.
- Coordinate the collection and aggregation of contents and business case and executive presentation in support of various meeting venues (OPS Meetings/Executive Team Meetings/Strategic Planning sessions).
- Apply creative designs and layouts to convey a complete and cohesive flow of information.
- Create speaking notes to support the contents on the slides.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-2 years business process experience preferred.
- Critical thinking skills and proficiency in data analysis.
- Superior Microsoft Office Desktop skills.
- Strong visualization skills to translate and to simplify complex ideas/concepts into presentations.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Highly collaborative work style with demonstrated leadership skills in a group setting.
- Schedule flexibility will be necessary to support the multi-tasking and dynamic environment.
- Employee is required to have at minimum an internet speed of 75 Mbps (standard high-speed internet access).
Working Conditions:
- Flexibility to work in an office and/or at-home, remote office environment.
- Schedule flexibility is occasionally necessary in this position. Individual may be required to attend key business/departmental meetings and/or perform certain business critical job functions outside of normal working hours.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to communicate internally and externally through receiving and responding to auditory and visual methods.
Internal Pay Grade: 9
The starting pay for this role is $57,411 to $73,199 based on skill level and experience in a similar role.
