We're looking for a Data Analyst with a passion for investigation, business intelligence, and driving informed business decisions. You will work with a cross-functional team of experts to ensure alignment across some of our most important enterprise systems, analyze complex deals, and ensure our data is ready to be transformed into valuable business insights. An amazing candidate has a background in applied statistics, accounting, economics or a related quantitative field, along with working in enterprise systems. You might not have all of these things and still be an amazing candidate.

The Role
- You will be a key resource in the execution of Project MoneyMeld which aims to align our key enterprise systems between Finance and Sales.
- You will build workflow and documentation for Sales & Finance processes, support data cleansing and maintain consistency in transactions across systems.
- You will work on a cross-functional team to continue to optimize processes for ensuring inter-system consistency.
- You will produce, maintain, and continually improve standardized reporting as the needs of the project evolve.
Who You Are
- 2+ years experience in an analytics field.
- You possess a strong desire to execute, drive impact, and demonstrate urgency with projects big and small.
- Have extreme attention to detail.
- An active communicator in a team of professionals.
- You are comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment, with multiple teams relying on you.
- Familiar with spreadsheet tools like Excel/Google Sheets, know fundamental SQL concepts, and are quickly learning more.
- You have an owner mentality: You take pride in your work and view what you do as a part-owner and builder of Atlassian.
