What will you be doing?

The Data Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining our data landscape to drive consistency, data integrity, and a best in class reporting user experience. They must be closely engaged with the field sales teams to ensure alignment and understanding of their day to day and long term needs. Additionally, they must work with Sales Leadership to understand their reporting needs and drive consistency through every tier of leadership. The Data Analyst role requires a deep understanding of complex system architectures with an aptitude for aligning data to end user's desired outcomes. Showing up with a self motivated and detail-oriented work ethic is a must. It is expected that they become a SME in the Sales data domain over time. True success in the role will require strong skill sets in communication, analytics, root cause analysis, and a collaborative mindset with a heavy focus on listening to understand. Experience w/ Power BI and Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Own, maintain, and mature perpetual data governance processes
  • Proactively pick up work from team queues and drive tasks to completion
  • Manage many parallel activities without compromising the quality of each deliverable
  • Perform root cause analysis and establish viable solutions and next steps
  • Maintain relevance and understanding across assigned business segments
  • Proactively engage the sales field to derive and share best practices, lessons learned, and standard operating procedures in the sales analytics space
  • Assist in the execution of end user enablement functions such as user guides, process improvements, and other training content. This may include in person or remote live training calls, video content for on-demand learning, and supplemental job aides aligned to standard operating procedures.

Qualification:

  • Must be able to effectively navigate organizational and data landscapes to arrive at meaningful hypothesis and outcomes
  • Drive, composure, patience, and risk taking will be essential in the navigation of complex request resolution
  • Requires strong skills in analytics, root cause analysis, general research, and collaboration with a heavy emphasis on listening to understand
  • Persistence and patience will be key in driving tasks and projects forward into desired outcomes
