Job Title - Lead - Marketing Measurement and Analytics
The Purpose of This Role
The Customer Knowledge and Strategic Insights (CKSI) team, within the Fidelity Wealth Business unit, plays a crucial role in providing data-driven analytics to various product areas. Your responsibilities will involve providing data and insights that contribute to strategy and execution. Your expertise in data analytics will be instrumental in driving impactful outcomes.
The Value You Deliver
- As a member of this team you will engage with business stakeholders across marketing organization to provide analytical insights that help inform paid media strategy and influence decisions
- You will work on building scalable capabilities which will help marketing organization measure a variety of KPIs faster.
- You will partner with stakeholders to design and develop measurement plans and learning agendas for evaluating efficiency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- You will provide actionable insights on business issues by conducting exploratory analysis, integrating customer, digital and onsite and offsite marketing data.
- You will design and package your recommendations, backed by storytelling, logical reasoning, and strong data insights, and present the same to partners and stakeholders.

The Skills that are Key to this role
Technical / Behavioral
Must Have
- Proficient in SQL(Snowflake), and advanced analytics software (e.g., R, Python)
- Strong analytical skills, ability to draw out insights, answer the 'so-what' & 'what-if' and propose actionable recommendations.
- Experience in extracting, organizing, and analyzing customer level data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong Problem solving and critical thinking - ability to sift through data to identify crisp insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as they will be interacting extensively with senior management.
- Effective presentation and story boarding skills with exposure to executive level presentations
- Strong work ethic in terms of time management and project ownership / accountability
Good to have
- Experience in digital media, marketing concepts like attribution, marketing mix modelling, ROI optimization, personalization, cookies, programmatic media buying, ad-tech etc.
- Experience in paid media channels like search, display and social media and tools like Google DV360, GA360/Ads Data Hub etc.
- Good to have exposure of digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, clickstream data) and concepts such as attribution, A/B testing.

The Expertise we are looking For
- Master's in management/ business/statistics/economics from a top tiered university
- Experience in media/ advertising/ ad-tech industry preferred
- 3 - 6 years of relevant experience`
