Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, event coordination, or campaign support
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Solid understanding of marketing operations (planning, budgeting, execution)
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1 level)
  • Creative mindset with a strategic, problem-solving attitude
  • A self-starter who is collaborative, accountable, and eager to learn

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of Exadel’s event strategy across Europe and the United States, including conferences and industry partnerships
  • Coordinate the planning, logistics, and marketing of B2B events in-person and virtual
  • Conduct market and event research to identify opportunities and competitive trends across sectors
  • Assist in the creation and execution of lead generation campaigns and collaborate with sales and solution teams to craft targeted assets
  • Manage marketing plans, including timelines, budgets, content creation, and post-event follow-ups
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, content, account management) to manage their contribution to event lead generation channels and to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment
  • Contribute to campaign performance tracking and reporting—gather feedback, analyze KPIs, and recommend improvements
