Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Finance teams to define use case specifics for increased efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with BI analysts, Data Scientists, and partner Finance analysts to ensure technical design aligns with business goals
  • Provide feedback to Product team to expand and meet user needs
  • Drive project plan completion and ensure deployed solution meets user needs and enters maintenance
  • Maintain high development practices including technical design, systems configuration, test documentation, and issue resolution
  • Uphold data integrity and confidentiality by establishing security procedures
Requirements
  • Skills in Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Strategic Planning, and Influencing
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis, Business Acumen, Business Communication, and Data Analysis
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience in implementing Analytics and Reporting solutions as Program Manager or Team Lead
