How you will make an impact:
- Support the organization with high-quality analysis into market conditions; provide support in processing data and collecting new data to answer specific questions generated by marketing, strategy, and commercial operations team.
- Data exploration - analyze and manage dependencies/ interfaces with other systems, ability to independently locate required data points and understand the business logic behind it.
- Modelling - analysis of vast amounts of data, originating in various business functions; building efficient and scalable data models to facilitate data-driven business decisions.
- Visualization - ability to translate data sets into easy-to-understand and actionable dashboards, solid understanding of data visualization principles.
- Stakeholders - close interaction with internal stakeholders, ability to understand a business need and translate it into effective data flow, providing training and support to end users.

Examples of projects include but not limited to evaluating market situation in EU (incl. market size, market share and pricing); formulating long-term business plans; reporting on the actual sales performance; working with external datasets and medical publication & clinical trials data; gaining hospital dynamics and capacity constraints, and etc.
What you'll need (Required):
- Bachelor's Degree & min. 3 years of relevant experience in business/ data analysis is a must.
- Exposure to data modelling packages (Alteryx, Python, Power Query), solid understanding of SQL, experience with visualization packages (Tableau, PowerBI), proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in English
- Strong analytical mindset, strict attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Experience with an ERP software (JDE), Snowflake is a big plus.
