Our Human Resources department strategically recruits, develops and supports our people to ensure EcoVadis has the essential skills and talent to enable improvement in companies’ sustainable business practices at a global scale. 

As a Talent Acquisition Associate in our team, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for our engineering and product teams across Europe. You will seek out and hire the best talent in software engineering, quality assurance, data analytics as well as product management and design to equip these teams. Additionally, you will:

  • Independently lead and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment process of our technical and product related vacancies
  • Define strategies to find the right talent and fill crucial positions at different job levels
  • Advise hiring managers on the market conditions; selecting the best methods of attracting candidates and reducing the time to hire
  • Provide candidate screening support via video interviews
  • Manage recruitment administration including the applicant tracking system, interview scheduling, candidate feedback, compliance and reference checking
  • Help on broader topics like Employer Branding, Onboarding, People Operations and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs

Qualifications

As our Talent Acquisition Associate you will share our passion for delivering an awesome candidate experience that helps to attract the best talent to EcoVadis. To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be an aspiring HR professional. We’re looking for at least 1 year of experience in a professional and international environment.
  • Be engaging, personable and candidate focused. Your communication skills will spark a sense of belonging from the very first interaction.
  • Be detail-oriented and organized. This position will work closely with our applicant tracking system in organizing how candidates and hiring managers engage with the recruitment process. G-suite wizardry is ideal. LinkedIn ninjas apply here.
  • Be a team player. You’ll work closely with all members of the Talent Acquisition team, our HR Business Partners, and many internal stakeholders – openness and collaboration is the standard here.
  • Have a desire to grow. You didn’t think you’d come in and have it all figured out on the first day, did you? We seek a teammate who wants to develop their skills and advance in Talent Acquisition. EcoVadis is a fast-growing and agile company so we’re looking for people who want to shape our growth and evolve with it.

Additional Information

This is hybrid position. Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for a new teammate based in Warsaw and who can work from the office at least 4 days per month.
