Your Role đź“ž

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for hiring top entry-level talent to work in our US office locations. You will support the Corporate and Campus Recruiting Team, to implement a cohesive campus recruiting strategy and recruit candidates for roles across Client Service, Business Development, and Client Growth.

A Day in Your New Role đź“…

  • Deliver and execute the successful design and implementation of the campus recruitment program across all US offices 
  • Manage the full life cycle recruitment for all open entry-level and summer internship positions for the Client Service division, the backbone of Guidepoint’s operations 
  • Build and maintain relationships with college career services departments, student organizations on campus, and internal Hiring Managers
  • Coordinate and attend university and community networking events 
  • Maintain recruiting tracking databases for statistical analysis on all campus hires, intern conversions, branding ROI, and onboarding effectiveness 
  • Anticipate and understand the talent needs of the organization and develop an active candidate pipeline

  • BA/BS degree
  • Passion for campus recruiting and hiring entry-level talent, providing the best-in-class candidate experience
  • Ninja sourcing skills and the ability to identify passive candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
  • Enthusiasm for travel to universities and campuses for recruiting events
  • Excitement for working in a high-volume recruitment environment
  • Creative mindset and a willingness to think outside the box to attract top talent

We’ve Got You Covered 🌟

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for a yearly performance based bonus.
