We are looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst to support our global customer acquisition efforts and help optimize the marketing funnel across regions and digital channels. This individual will play a critical role in building data-informed experiments, optimizing campaigns, and identifying insights that lead to higher conversion and pipeline efficiency.
Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, this role will partner closely with teams across Product, Sales, RevOps, MarTech, Field Marketing and external agency partners to uncover growth opportunities, reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC), and improve conversion rates across the full funnel. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical acumen, experience in SaaS or B2B tech environments, and a test-and-learn mindset.
- Build, analyze, and optimize end-to-end growth funnels across channels and regions.
- Identify and diagnose funnel leakage and conversion gaps; provide actionable solutions.
- Own rapid experimentation across digital channels (e.g., paid media, website, email, landing pages) using A/B testing and iterative learning frameworks.
- Collaborate with RevOps and Sales to forecast pipeline, monitor lead quality, and recommend improvements to MQL → SAL → MGO → Opportunity conversion rates.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Customer Marketing and Field marketing to test audience-specific messaging and align acquisition strategy to buyer personas per region.
- Work cross-functionally with MarTech and web teams to enhance attribution, lead capture, and campaign performance tracking.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards in partnership with Marketing Ops; regularly report on CPL, ROAS, CAC, LTV, MQL/SAL volumes, and velocity metrics.
- Collaborate with external media and analytics agencies to support the execution and evaluation of paid growth campaigns.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on testing insights to support scale, efficiency, and channel optimization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech startups.
- Experience managing growth experiments and performance diagnostics across multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize), Google Analytics, and BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, CPL, MQL/SQL, funnel velocity, etc.) and attribution modeling.
- Experience using CRM and MAP platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using SQL or Python for marketing analysis.
- Familiarity with ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense) and data enrichment tools (e.g., Clearbit, ZoomInfo).
- Knowledge of growth loops, funnel diagnostics, and lead scoring models.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams.
- Demonstrated success in high-velocity test-and-learn environments.
