Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator (Avery Creek) - Weekend Shift.
Shift Hours: 7am - 7:30pm Friday - Sunday
The hourly rate for this position is $22 per hour. This position is based at our Avery Creek, NC location.

What you'll do:
The primary function of this position is providing expertise in coordinating the material including but not limited to, verifying, recording, routing and supporting kitting of assemblies/parts for the production lines. This position will service Production needs by cycling material and maintaining part storage rack organization and availability.

In this function you will:
• Responsible for correctly kitting: quantity, part number and purchase order to support the main kits and components used for the supply chain
• Ability to work within a Windows-based systems environment to include use AS400 and Vista applications
• Collect and turn in all cycled Kanban cards to Material Planner.
• Complete Rack Audits
• Scan Racks for Stock Out
• Assist in material handling for production flow
• Manage warehouse organization
• Recognizing urgent requests from Supervisor and production employees with immediate action upon those requests.
• Ability to support the Material Handing Team when employees are on vacation/absent.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• Completion of high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Candidates must reside within a 50 mile radius of this location
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in Materials
• Previous experience with AS400
• Previous experience with Kanban
Position Criteria:
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain forklift certification
• Must be able to work effectively without direct supervision
• Able to lift 35 pounds - waist, shoulder, overhead
• Ability to climb ladders
• Proven history of safe work habits
• Computer skills - AS400, Vista, Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.
• Must be able to work overtime - weekdays and weekends
