About the Role:

Nanit is looking for a tech-savvy, organized individual to support the operational functions that make our business run smoothly. As the Operations Coordinator, you will be monitoring inventory & fulfillment operations and escalate issues as they arise. You will also be working behind the scenes monitoring flows between our systems and flagging any errors, which will ensure we are providing a best-in-class experience from inbound inventory to outbound shipments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Monitor daily 3PL fulfillment operations and escalate any operational concerns
  • Inform Customer Service Team of any backorders and delays
  • Enter manual retail orders directly into our ERP system
  • Provide updates on reworks at 3PL
  • Support onboarding new EDI integrations with basic tasks to expedite the process
  • Monitor progress within EDI integrations and provide updates to the Sales team
  • Monitor our system integrations and escalate any errors
  • Maintain reporting for status of Inbound Shipments

What we're looking for: 

  • Experience working with different Retail trading partner vendors in EDI integration
  • Experience with NetSuite is a must
  • Prior experience with inventory management
  • Strong data entry skills and proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong data entry skills providing constant attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills; able to collaborate cross functionally 

This role offers a remote and/or hybrid work environment, but we would prefer candidates located in the NYC and NJ area

Salary Range: $65,000 to $70,000 plus equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
