The expected annual salary range for this role is $83250.0 - $122100.0 a year.

What you'll do:

Job Summary

Provide comprehensive and proactive support to sales teams by reviewing contracts, managing prototypes, and handling service and surcharge pricing. Prepare quotations, maintain price files, and resolve customer issues. Provide additional assistance as needed. Support Sales Account Managers.

* This hybrid-role must report on-site 3 days a week at our Southfield, Michigan location. Relocation is not available.

Job Responsibilities :
• Manage pre- and post-production activities.
• Manage prototype orders through SharePoint and Oracle or SAP.
• Assemble costs for service and prototype quotations .
• Generate quotations for prototype and service parts according to established guidelines.
• Develop internal and external relationships, primarily engineering, purchasing and materials personnel.
• Ensure contract review is completed in a timely manner.
• Review contracts to ensure price, payment terms, freight terms and other requirements are approved.
• Manage pricing in Oracle or SAP.
• Resolve pricing, credit and delivery issues internally or with customer.
• Use established processes to ensure system integrity.
• Manage or lead account management for smaller accounts.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum three years of experience with contract review, pricing and suport of sales teams within a large corporation
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now or in the future
• Only candidates currently living within a 50-mile radius of Southfield, Michigan will be considered for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of Oracle, SAP, SharePoint and Microsoft Office
• Experience reviewing and approving customer contracts
• Experience managing pricing in Oracle or SAP
• Experience resolving customer and internal issues
• Experience in sales practices and supporting sales team
• Experience in managing house accounts
• Knowledge of commercial/automotive vehicle industry, product lifecycle and customers

• Ability to develop and maintain customer and internal relationships.
• Excellent Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercial vehicle industry, product lifecycle and customer knowledge.
• Proficiency in multi-tasking, problem-solving, organizing, prioritizing and accuracy.
