Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Principal Business Systems Architect to join our team!
In this role, you will:
- Foster a culture of excellence through mentoring high-performing individuals
- Guide business systems integration design for optimal customer experiences and scalability
- Thoroughly document system designs and architecture
- Purposefully contribute to functional strategy development
- Possess deep understanding of current and future business drivers
- Propose innovative initiatives within business systems
- Resolutely guide high-risk programs with clarity and decisiveness
As a successful Principal Business Systems Architect, you will have:
- 10+ years of architecture experience or Master's Degree with 5+ years experience in systems architecture
- Preferred: 4+ years experience with digital customer platforms
- Expertise in B2B Partner platforms and lifecycle management
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products
- Skilled in balancing strategic conceptualization with tactical execution
- Proficient in product discovery and validation methodologies
- Passionate about directing critical business programs and ensuring exceptional customer experiences
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $208,725.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
