We're looking for a Senior HSE Specialist in our HQ Office in Istanbul.
Implementation, execution and auditing of systems related to Health, Safety and Environment in line with company policies, standards and legal requirements at Turkey Head Office and Sales.

- Running HSE Management Systems in accordance with legal requirements and company standards (GRMS) at Sales & HQ activities.
- To ensure the up-to-date of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 HSE Management Systems (QDMS) documents.
- Carry out audits within the scope of GRMS and SFIP, report the findings and monitor the completion of the actions.
- To support risk analysis and HSE training activities at sales offices and sales activities.
- To make root causes and support improvement areas by participating in the analysis of accidents at Sales & HQ activities.
- Ensuring the compliance status of occupational safety and environmental legislation.
- To follow Global Safety Driving Programme and implement for the market.
- To implement company car monitoring system in accordance with GRMS.
- To report monthly KPI's in Enablon System.
- To design internal communication Visuals and posters and share with stakeholders.

What we are looking for;
- Bachelor's degree in a Technical Profession.
- Certified as a Class C or B Occupational Safety Expert
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sector
- Acknowledge of Sales dynamics in FMCG sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish.
- Excellent skills in MS Office applications.
- Result oriented,
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Creative and effective presentation skills
- High resilience, agility and teamwork.
- Driving Licence (B)
- Suitable for active driving and travelling
