This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a short-term assignment.
We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our Manager, PPMD Relations role between July 2025 and January 2026 for our PPMD Talent Team. A highly experienced professional with extensive experience handling Talent Relations concepts to focus primarily on TR matters involving PPMDs; interfaces extensively with all levels including PPMDs; handles cases and provides advice and counsel to less experienced Talent Relations professionals to resolve TR cases

- Demonstrate and execute the ability to understand, interpret and resolve complex problems by using deep technical TR knowledge and strong judgment to mitigate risk
- Apply strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to communicate findings and solutions related to investigations conducted
- Collaborate with PPMD Talent and key stakeholders to understand and address challenges and issues
- Deliver TR services across businesses
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders (e.g., BAs, RMs CTS, etc.); use business knowledge to identify trends and recommend solutions for complex people-related risk matters
- Explore identified opportunities for process efficiencies
- Manage crisis-related matters and PPMD talent issues.
- Lead and participate in special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Able to apply judgment to situations, grounded in TR concepts, policies, ethics and firm culture
- Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal/written skills and attention to detail
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Crisis management skills
- Strong knowledge of TR concepts and policies
- Clear understanding of Deloitte's compliance requirements
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate Deloitte's matrixed organization
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders on critical and complex matters.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84300 to $155400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
