About This Role:
iRhythm is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize high-volume recruiting efforts for non-exempt roles within our Clinical Operations and Manufacturing teams. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing recruitment strategies that meet aggressive hiring goals, improve process efficiency, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can balance tactical execution with workforce planning and stakeholder alignment.

What You Will Be Doing
- Transform our existing approach to high-volume, non-exempt hiring in Clinical Operations and Manufacturing and the exempt roles in these areas, ensuring roles are filled efficiently with quality hires.
- Develop and execute agile, innovative, and scalable high-volume non-exempt recruiting strategies to build qualified talent pipelines to support Clinical Operations aggressive growth targets.
- Partner closely with and influence hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and operational leaders to forecast hiring needs and align talent strategies with business goals.
- Mentor recruiters, promoting best practices in sourcing, recruiting, and candidate experience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes, tools, and metrics, focusing on time-to-fill, candidate quality, and retention.
- Utilize data and metrics to provide actionable insights, track performance, and report progress against hiring goals.
- Maintain strong knowledge of trending tools, industry trends, labor market dynamics, and competitor benchmarks in clinical and manufacturing talent markets.
- Partner with employer branding and sourcing teams to promote innovative, scalable high volume recruiting and marketing strategies and enhance the candidate journey.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in high-volume non-exempt recruiting.
- Strong ability to develop recruitment strategies and work cross-functionally with business leaders.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse) and recruiting tools.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive process improvement.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting high volume clinical or manufacturing operations is nice to have.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities.

Estimated Pay Range
$112,000.00 - $145,000.00
