Work you'll do:
As a Specialist Master, you will leverage deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform to architect, design, and deliver advanced security solutions for our clients. You will serve as a subject matter expert, leading the technical aspects of complex ServiceNow Security Operations and Integrated Risk Management implementations. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for ServiceNow Security Operations, Integrated Risk Management, and Vulnerability Response implementations
- Lead the design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow security modules to address complex client requirements
- Provide advanced technical guidance and mentorship to project teams and client stakeholders
- Develop and review detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, implementation guides, and integration specifications
- Oversee and troubleshoot complex integrations between ServiceNow and other security platforms, leveraging APIs and integration technologies
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging ServiceNow features and recommending enhancements to client solutions
- Ensure solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and compliance frameworks
- Support the development of technical accelerators, reusable assets, and thought leadership within the ServiceNow Cyber domain
- Participate in technical workshops, client presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions as a recognized expert
- Collaborate with engagement leaders to scope, estimate, and plan technical delivery for ServiceNow Cyber projects
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- At least one ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification in Security Operations, Risk Management, or Vulnerability Response
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations or Governance, Risk, and Compliance modules
- Experience with security operations, incident response, or vulnerability management
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.)
- Experience with integration technologies and API development
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and frameworks
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Project management experience

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $159,400 - $265,600.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
