Roles and Responsibilities
This role utilizes your deep understanding of product development capabilities in the discrete manufacturing space. While below is a sample of the role, each unique project will provide you the opportunity to develop and grow your PLM capabilities.
- Conduct discussions with senior leaders on functional solution within Teamcenter
- Lead discussions with business users to understand their needs and requirements, and then translate those requirements into Teamcenter functionality. In addition, collaborate with technical architects to ensure that the Teamcenter solutions are technically feasible and scalable.
- Perform high-level functional and technical architecture, analysis, research, and design for PLM solutions; designing solutions for specific areas, such as supply chain, logistics execution, and warehousing
- Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment
- Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening Deloitte's collective knowledge, and helping resolve our clients' challenges
- Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice
- Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in PLM's newest and future solutions
Required Qualifications
- Discrete manufacturing PLM experience
- Consulting experience managing/executing 3 full lifecycle digital transformation programs within PLM
- 10+ years of PLM experience
- 5+ years Teamcenter experience
- Experience using analytics and metrics to assess Manufacturing Performance and identify and quantify improvement opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience conducting the following activities: Business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, system testing (INT,UAT) and solution delivery, customer support, process document creations and review, working with onsite and offshore delivery model.
- Experience in infrastructure sizing and PLM architecture
- Experience in project delivery
- Experience in another PLM package such as Windchill, Siemens or Dassault
- Master's degree
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,200 - $265,600.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
