Reporting to the Executive Director, Pharmacy Value Delivery and Connectivity (PVDAC), this role will be pivotal in identifying, implementing, and monitoring. . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in market analysis, data-driven decision-making, and implementing strategies.In this role, you will work cross-functionally with various departments, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, Accounts Receivable and IT, to ensure alignment and collaboration on initiatives. You will facilitate communication between teams to integrate insights from market research, customer feedback, and operational data into actionable strategies. Centralized Coordination and Storytelling
- Centralize initiative updates from across the division into a centralized tracker and associated visualizations.
- Create leadership update presentations and dashboards associated with market growth, adjustment reductions and initiatives within the Innovation organization.
- Engage stakeholders by providing ongoing updates, compelling stories, and ad hoc production support to foster cross-functional collaboration
Data Driven Decision Making
- Opportunity Identification: Utilize data analytics to assess areas of opportunity within the scope of the Innovation organization to drive improvements.
- Strategic Planning: Generate data, presentations and plans to implement initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with departments across Specialty to align priorities, funding, and resources to support new initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and monitoring reports to track the effectiveness of initiatives throughout the Innovation organization
Team Leadership and Development
- Supervise, mentor, and direct a team of analysts to ensure project and data analysis support for initiatives.
- Allocate resources and adjust priorities to exceed stakeholder expectations and achieve established initiative targets.
- Focus on development amongst team members through training and on-the-job experiences.
- Implement infrastructure of tools and processes to enable data analysis, data visualizations and initiative tracking

- 8-10+ years of experience leading teams in healthcare
- Analytical skills, with the ability to frame complex problems, develop data-driven solutions, and use analytics to uncover insights and drive innovation.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that align stakeholders and articulate the value of initiatives.
- Experience analyzing data and identifying areas of opportunity that impact large-scale efforts to reduce specialty pharmacy bad debt (or comparable effort).
- Strong impact and influencing skills, with the ability to establish rapport and drive alignment with colleagues at all levels, from senior leadership to front-line operations colleagues.
- Exemplary leadership and program management skills, with a track record of delivering results in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of financial principles and metrics related to business growth, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and ROI analysis. Ability to make data-driven financial decisions that support strategic initiatives.
- Ability to travel 1 - 2 times per month.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with analytical and data visualization tools such as Dataiku, Tableau, PowerBI preferred.
The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
