- Monitors and reconciles financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established financial policies and procedures.
- Assists in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, invoice statements, to provide timely and accurate financial information for decision-making purposes.
- Follows up with pharmacy customers on outstanding AR
- Builds relationships with and educates pharmacy providers on their 340B invoice and program, directing them to internal partners for additional assistance as needed.
- Supports the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software, troubleshooting issues, and providing training to end-users as needed.
- Communicates with cross-functional teams, including finance, development/IT, and operations, to resolve financial discrepancies, improve processes.
- Stays up-to-date with healthcare industry regulations and changes in applicable policies.
- This position is required to report into the Scottsdale, AZ office at least once a week to check mail and back up manager to print and mail paper checks. May need to report into office more than once a week if needed.

- 2 years of customer service experience, including financial statement reviews.
- Pharmacy or 340B experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- High School Diploma or GED required

The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $28.46This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
