The Marketing Systems Manager will be a strategic liaison between Marketing, Finance/Strategy, I&T Systems, Customer Support, and Plasma Applications and Operations teams, ensuring communication and execution of marketing initiatives and customer complaint resolution.
You will oversee donor support by advocating for donor needs, driving issue resolution, and empowering call-center staff with updates that directly impact donor satisfaction. The manager will also design and optimize clear process flows, deliver impactful training, and analyze donor interaction data to resolve pain points, elevating the donor experience.
The Marketing Systems Manager will maintain accurate contact data, provide technical expertise for marketing tools (such as Workday, CRM and DMS), automate process flows where applicable, and troubleshoot complex marketing system issues. You will also spearhead training on marketing systems, create comprehensive documentation, and coordinate the Marketing and Communications Mastery Forum, ensuring continuous improvement across all platforms.

- Travel: Overnight travel required up to 30% of the time
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Voice of the Customer (VoC) - Serve as the primary point of contact for donor-related communications, collaborating with marketing, communications, and other relevant teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Donor Issue Resolution & Strategic Solutions - Design and implement innovative strategies to boost donor satisfaction, drive retention, and enhance engagement based on direct feedback.
- Listings and Center Data Accuracy - Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify data inconsistencies, guaranteeing system integrity and accuracy.
- System Support - Identify, analyze, and report technical issues impacting campaigns and donor/employee engagement, driving prompt resolution.
- Training and Development - Develop and maintain comprehensive instructional materials, SOPs, and toolkits for fleetwide distribution, ensuring consistent excellence in all practices
- Analytics and Reporting - Generate and deliver regular reports on key metrics, including app utilization, local campaign performance, and lead generation to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Liaison Responsibilities (15% Special Projects) - Manages the implementation of unique, non-routine marketing initiatives and projects. Be the primary point of contact for Field Marketing Manager's
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- BA degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education required
- Minimum of 4 years of proven field marketing experience
- Experience managing multi-site locations, demonstrating the ability to oversee and optimize operations across multiple regions
