Job Summary:
This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns and messaging to generate awareness, demand and interest in the organization's products and services within their designated campaigns. The primary goal is to generate leads for the sales team and measure the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to grow sales within lines of business (LOBs) and ultimately result in revenue growth for the company.

Key Performance Indicators
- Marketing qualified leads (MQLs): deliver to goal on the total number of MQLS (leads that meet specific criteria) and are considered ready for further engagement by the sales team.
- Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs): deliver to goal on the total number of SQLs (leads more likely to convert into customers) generated by marketing efforts.
- Conversion rate: keep the percentage of MQLs that ultimately convert into SQLs at agreed levels.
- Cost per lead (CPL): Manage the cost of acquiring a single lead through marketing efforts to ensure positive ROI.
- Return on investment (ROI): Keep a positive ROI for the revenue generated compared to the cost of the marketing campaigns.
- Engagement metrics: manage click-through rates, open rates, and overall engagement to meet industry averages.
- Vertical Growth: increase RTX share of customers in the key verticals in which they manage.
- Brand Awareness: increase awareness of RTX as industry leader within their designated verticals.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Develop comprehensive/multi-channel campaigns and messaging targeting prospects and current customers to drive LOB growth.
- Driving lead generation and revenue growth through strategic marketing programs and tactics for LOBs..
- Partner with Commercial Product Marketing team to drive revenue growth through execution of bundling campaigns to increase service penetration to current customers...
- Develop customer acquisition campaigns from the initial brainstorming and research phase through production. Partner with relevant teams (MarTech/Paid Media, etc) on the implementation across various channels. Learn, optimize and report.
- Develop CRM campaigns to nurture current customers and drive retention and partner with MarTech team on the execution of efforts.
- Partner with MarTech team to create and optimize landing pages and forms to optimize conversion rates.
- Plan, manage, optimize multichannel content to feed different marketing and sales funnel stages.
- Drive the right message for assigned LOBs in our websites by partnering with the MarTech team to execute messaging strategy and implement any content update needs or new content additions.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that the leads generated are high-quality and aligned with the company's customer profile.
- Track budget to ensure marketing campaigns and other efforts are executed within the approved budget.
Required Experience
- Candidates must have 5 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, lead generation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles, including account-based marketing, value proposition, content strategy and development, product promotion, and go-to-market planning and programs.
- Deep knowledge of targeted lead generation, development, nurturing, and management.
- Pest and/or service industry experience desired.
- Strong project planning skills with the ability to start work early in the project life cycle.
- Ability to edit highly technical work and translate it to reach different audiences.
- Expert editorial knowledge and ability to ensure content and messaging adheres to established brand guidelines.
- Experience with analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Marketing Cloud.
- Understanding of CRM tools, principles, practices, and applications.
- Tech-savvy, capable of troubleshooting marketing and sales technology challenges

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
Base Pay Range $84,300- $109,600 / year.
While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
