Responsibilities:
1. Supports the execution of the HR operational plan for the assigned client group in alignment with the Strategic HRBP guidance and the One HR Strategic Imperatives.
2. Under guidance of HRBP Mgr., Sr HRBP of the Agile Team influences and builds relationships with people managers and employees to reinforce HR's position as a trusted advisor to the
business on core topics such as: Talent & Development, Industrial Relations, Change Management, Organizational Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, Diversity Equity & Inclusion.
3. Implements of corporate policy and practices related to human resources, supports organization and employee development, and resolves employee/team challenges
4. Executes global people processes, programs, and initiatives within assigned client groups

5. Participates in the deployment of global change management projects for HR and Business excellence
6. Advises employees and managers on total rewards matters on an ad hoc basis under the supervision of HRBP Mgr., Sr. HRBP of the Agile Team
7. Creates and maintains an engaging work environment by communicating a compelling work environment
8. Provides insights and enables managers to activate employee survey action plans through the organization to continue to sustain our collaborative, global and dynamic work environment
9. Supports talent and development efforts within the client group.
10. Provides employees and managers with coaching for development
11. Delivers people processes and initiatives for a designated client group
12. Supports the delivery of KPI's for the annual core HR cycle, incl. performance management reviews, annual compensation reviews, GESP.
13. Acts as a change ambassador and supports efforts as required by HRBP Mgr., Sr. HRBP Agile Team
14. Supports Industrial Relations and Organizational Design projects as required to support the broader HRBP Agile Teams globally whilst growing expertise on these two areas of focus
Qualifications:
Education:
• BA/BS degree, in Human Resources Management, Business, related field required
• IT skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT.
• Language: English business proficiency (writing, speaking). Additional language from the relevant region an advantage.
• Versed in agile organization/ways of working preferred
Experience:
• 3-5 years HR Management experience, preferably in Human Resources Business Partnering or HR Generalist roles, working in fast paced global organization
• Basic knowledge of HR processes
• Experience working in a global company in a matrix reporting environment preferred
Competencies:
• Applies practical knowledge and experience to deploy human resources solutions
• Able to work independently with general supervision to achieve operational targets that have direct impact on Squad results
• May influence others within job area through the explanation of facts, policies and practices
