Joining Collibra’s Growth Marketing team

Collibra is at a pivotal point in its growth and we are seeking a senior manager to optimize and grow our digital performance marketing practice. In this role, you will be accountable for all aspects of performance marketing, from developing and maintaining relationships with platform partners and agencies, managing and allocating budgets, developing audience segmentation strategies, and communicating with internal stakeholders regarding KPI’s and performance. In addition, you will manage our CRO practice to maximize traffic conversions and cross-promotions.

This is a hybrid position based in Raleigh, North Carolina.

The Sr. Paid Media Manager at Collibra is responsible for

  • Being the SME for paid campaign performance and establishing a global strategy that achieves optimal results.
  • Collaborating and working closely with internal GTM teams (Demand Gen, Field Marketing, Portfolio Marketing, Brand & Creative) – to propose and implement ad spend and organic strategies to maximize the reach, impressions and conversions in support of marketing targets.
  • Designing a comprehensive performance marketing strategy in partnership with our agency. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to drive qualified traffic and maximize results to achieve revenue targets. Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and refine strategies to improve ROI.
  • Managing the performance marketing budget allocation effectively. 
  • Staying current on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices .
  • Leading the development of a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration.
  • Instilling an analytical mindset in the team to ensure we can maximize the return of our investments measured against the customer lifetime value.

You have

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2B/SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with and managing relationships with agencies and partners.
  • High knowledge of SEM, SEO with deep expertise in paid media.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis. 
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required.

  • Experienced and have a track record with performance marketing channels, platforms & tools.
  • A visionary for what the team and function will need to evolve into in order to keep up with Collibra’s growth expectations and industry evolution.
  • Passionate about explaining, championing, and making use of advanced marketing measurement and targeting approaches.
  • Able to think strategically across the short, medium and long term, while obsessing over the details, and a love of investigating evolving media trends.
  • Highly entrepreneurial with experience growing a small marketing team and collaborating cross-functionally.

Measures of success

  • Within your first month, you will have met the marketing team, all your stakeholders, our agency partners and made a SWOT assessment of the current situation.
  • Within your third month, you will have fully established yourself in the role, have developed a roadmap and have started to execute against the roadmap. 
  • Within your sixth month, you will operate as a center of excellence and you will be able to demonstrate the impact of our online advertising activities against the lifetime customer value.

Compensation for this role 

The standard base salary range for this position is $128,000 - $160,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.

In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
