What does a successful SMB Sales Consultant do?
This is a great sales opportunity at a growing company! We are looking for driven candidates that want to make a career in inside sales. The SMB Sales Consultant will be responsible for working a sales pipeline that comes from our software and referral partners. They will be responsible for holding certain closing percentages on these leads while also maximizing revenue to the company. What you will do:
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and overcome objections
- Identify products or services that may fit the customer's needs
- Maintain a strong and organized pipeline in the SalesForce CRM, including accurate recording of all interactions with customers
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing customers by educating customers on products, services, and other offerings, highlighting how they solve customer problems
- Being comfortable in a sales role and engaging on the telephone
- Exhibiting outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Working with our software partners to grow their business and handle their customers with care
- Demonstrating high degree of motivation, integrity, and competence to work in a fast paced team environment
What you'll need to have:
- High school diploma required
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- PC-literate with some Microsoft Office Suite experience
- 2 years sales experience (retail or other) preferred
