The Digital Collaboration Program Lead in the Digital Transformation and Technology (DTT) department leads programs with high complexity and owns multiple initiatives and functional partners. They work with functional partners to understand how changes to process, products, services, and software can improve efficiencies and deliver business results. This role will lead pilots, projects and project teams that will play an integral part as we continue to grow our organization's Productivity capability.

The Digital Collaboration team (called Connected Workplace) is responsible for the technology solutions that enable Chick-fil-A Support Center Staff to effectively collaborate and be productive across the enterprise. Our platforms include the Enterprise Collaboration and Productivity Suite, Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, etc.), Atlassian, Miro etc.

This role will help enable the strategy of the Digital Workplace through a focus on organizational Productivity. Productivity is key to "how we work." This role will support strategy and portfolio of project management solutions, creating seamless coordination between teams and departments, removing collaboration barriers by enabling asynchronous ways of working. It will be responsible for supporting key business outcomes and maximizing the effectiveness of our current solutions, as well as researching future needs. You have a passion for thinking big and trying new things to lead the transformation of "how we work" through showing what is possible to business partners across Chick-fil-A.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Productivity pilots and projects for the Connected Workplace program
  • Partner with both the Team Organizational Effectiveness and Staff Technology Solutions teams
  • Gather requirements, create documentation and resources for system implementations, changes, and issues of high complexity for the Connected Workplace Program
  • Analyze and evaluate current business processes; identify areas of improvement
  • Collaborate and interact with developers, stakeholders, system architects and various subject matter experts to manage the implementation of changes and issue resolution.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for Productivity solutions and "how we work" capabilities
  • Writing user stories and prioritizing user stories


Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise management of Microsoft Office/365 Productivity Suite
  • Experience with Product Ownership/Product Management
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Agile development approaches and techniques.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of e xperience in enterprise management of Microsoft Office/365 Productivity Suite
  • Experience with utilizing or managing Atlassian and Miro
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent personal and relational intelligence
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them to functional/technical requirements.
  • Demonstration of leadership, strategy, and strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and comprehend multiple technical systems
  • Self-starter who completes responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Team player who is committed to both the team and the products
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to collaborate and make decisions in the gray
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Servant spirit with strong sense of stewardship
  • Scrum Alliance (CSM, CSPO, or advanced certs)
  • Scaled Agile Framework Certification (SAFe - SA or SAFe - SPC)
