We are seeking a highly analytical, meticulous Sourcing Analyst to support and strengthen our global sourcing function. This individual will serve in a critical role between data insights and sourcing strategy, owning the development of reporting tools, supplier analysis, commodity trends, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the analytical expert of the sourcing team, providing deep analysis of supplier data, cost evaluation, and sourcing metrics to drive informed decision-making across categories.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance scorecards to monitor supplier performance, track sourcing goals (e.g., cost savings, rebates, tiered pricing), and generate insights to inform decision making.
- Support dynamic RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) by preparing and analyzing data from supplier responses, enabling real-time negotiation strategies and sourcing decisions.
- Conduct ongoing research into market trends and commodity economics, producing insight summaries that highlight risks and opportunities in the sourcing landscape.
- Produce vendor and product-level performance reports, including SKU-level cost breakdowns, quality metrics, and supplier benchmarking to guide sourcing needs reviews.
- Lead and coordinate sourcing-related project tracking, ensuring timely execution of deliverables and alignment with aligned strategies and goals.
- Optimize sourcing tools, reporting templates, and internal workflows to improve process consistency, data visibility, and decision support across the procurement organization.
- Own the full vendor onboarding process, from system setup through training, ensuring vendors are equipped with performance expectations and compliance requirements from day one.
- Ensure contract compliance and manage the sourcing contract and COI library, tracking expiration timelines and ensuring up-to-date documentation for business protection.
- Partner cross-functionally with collaborators across Product Development, Quality, Finance, and Operations to support collaborative sourcing execution and value delivery.
- Support routine or ADHOC activities, i,e special invoice inquires, and sourcing support tickets management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related analytical field, with sourcing background preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, sourcing analytics, or supply chain roles.
- Advanced skills in SQL and Excel
- Strong proficiency with modern BI and reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Strong understanding of cost modeling, supplier evaluation, and business performance analysis.
- Excellent attention to details and ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities and ownership of sourcing initiatives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership, adaptive to changes.
