As a Procurement Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting global procurement operations, focusing on non-sourcing-specific activities that drive efficiency, compliance, and value across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of procurement processes and contribute to strategic initiatives.

- Support end-to-end procurement operations, including purchase requisition validation, PO creation, and vendor onboarding.
- Ensure adherence to global procurement policies, compliance standards, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to facilitate contract development, negotiation, and lifecycle management.
- Assist in bid management processes for client services, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement best practices and automation initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, or business operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement tools.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
