The Problems You'll Solve

At Carta, our employees set out on a mission to unlock the power of equity ownership for more people in more places. We believe that the problems we solve today unlock the opportunities of tomorrow.

Our journey started with digitized stock certificates. Those twenty dollar digital stock certificates turned into our flagship Cap Table Management solution, which comes with 409A, ASC718, and all the reporting and compliance functionality companies need to issue and manage equity. We have continued to innovate atop our flagship product: helping our customers make smarter compensation decisions (Total Compensation), access expert tax and equity advice (Equity Advisory), raise new rounds (Fundraising) and more.

Carta Launch is our free cap table and fundraising platform. It was designed with early stage founders in mind to help them run a successful fundraise and get setup for success. We are looking for an experienced PM to help us make every early stage founder successful on Carta Launch while increasing market share. You'll help solve problems like:

  • How do we ensure founders are successful by starting on Carta Launch?
  • How do we help solve the earliest problems that founders face?
  • How can we analyze and optimize our funnels from new user acquisition all the way through customer retention and expansion?
  • How do we elevate Carta's brand awareness as a leading fundraise platform

The Team You'll Work With

The Launch/Fundraise team is scrappy and embodies expertise, enthusiasm, and diligence, recognizing our dual responsibility to both the ecosystem and Carta itself, as we serve as the cornerstone for growth at Carta. You'll work closely with cross functional teams to devise an overall growth strategy including engineers, designers, sales, marketing, support and more.

About You

  • Are an ex-founder OR Zero to One builder who has 6+ years of Product experience
  • Have demonstrated ability to turn a conceptual idea into a lean and incremental execution plan
  • Care deeply and passionately about Founders
  • Can Rapidly familiarize yourself with Carta's platform and Fundraising ecosystems
  • Solve problems proactively and independently
  • Manage stakeholders across engineering, design, business, and more
  • Operate as an owner. No work or problem is below or above your pay grade. You can strike the right balance between empowering others and doing what needs to be done.
