As a Workforce Management Planning Analyst your primary focus will be operational performance reporting and data analytics. You will gather, interpret, and use data to determine actionable steps that improve processes and optimize results. You will participate in delivering mission critical initiatives as well as developing solutions and tools that will benefit our enterprise partners. You have a strong ability to think creatively and analytically with a team as well as excellent problem-solving, and the ability to succeed in a highly technical, collaborative environment.

• You have 3+ years of experience in conducting and presenting statistical analysis using various technical software and data visualization tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and Tableau, and Power BI.

• You can assemble structured and unstructured data and information, utilizing multiple internal and external sources to explore and test hypotheses regarding strategic business scenarios.

• You can consult effectively with leadership to understand information requirements and associated business decision to determine information format, content, and structure, and other ad-hoc report requests

• You demonstrate agility to work across multiple business groups and project teams to lead complex and sensitive initiatives to include change-management processes that contribute to the successful delivery of business outcomes.

• You are a persuasive, influential and savvy communicator who can adjust to various audiences and knowledge levels.

• You have experience to identify and research issues, including working with IT to resolve defects in reports ensuring data definition consistency and quality.

• You can identify data definition inconsistencies, make recommended changes and the ability to train management on reporting capabilities to gather information off system tools to positively affect business results.

• You will work a hybrid work schedule in the office 3 days a week (Tues-Thurs).

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $64,566-$103,306

Orange County Base Salary Range: $78,567-$125,707

Hampton Roads Base Salary Range: $66,258-$106,013

Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $68,769-$110,030

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
