As the Senior Business Analyst, you understand business processes, technical solutions, financial data, and business impacts to participate and lead various strategic work efforts. You will lead, guide, and participate in cross functional meetings, working sessions, etc. and communicate/advance the conversations to accomplish the goals/priorities of the work. You will explain and advise on work at different levels depending on the audience. You build and maintain relationships within the organization in support of our strategic goals and objectives.

- You have a minimum of 2 years' experience supporting Adobe Workfront front-end configuration including understanding Fusion.
- Your experience includes executing day to day Adobe Workfront platform tasks including monitoring work queues, user issues, and user access.
- Your experience includes partnering with internal business teams to become an expert in their business, processes, challenges, and opportunities to design, influence, change, and/or enhance business processes relating to our goals and objectives with a heavy lean on financial data and comprehension on how/where it's used.
- Your experience includes providing in depth analysis and recommendations on business problems.
- You have a keen ability in collaborating with stakeholders and cross functional teams to make key decisions to deliver on strategic objectives.
- You have experience in applying your strong influencing skills to get group decisions while effectively managing/participating in cross functional working teams and ensure alignment, agreement, and advancement.
- You're proficient in managing roadmaps and delivery plans for process, technical and data work.
- Your expertise will help with the transitioning and onboarding of operational teams as we transition from program mode to operations mode.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $92,423-$147,877
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
