The focus of your role:

You will be the interface role between Client, vendors (client incumbent), and internal operations teams, coordinating the successful transition of services from one provider to another or from an internal team to an outsourced service provider.

Set the overall direction for the Transition Program team. You are accountable and responsible for delivering the Transition Projects included in the overall Transition Program in line with the Global Transition Methodology (GTM) which sets the framework for risk management, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution and reporting.

Responsibilities - General

§ Deliver Transition Program capabilities: Knowledge Transfer, Process and Procedure, Service & Projects Take On, Technology and Infrastructure, Contract & Finance management, Staffing, Set up, Transition Governance

§ Take full responsibility for the management of the wider transition team involving internal delivery resources, 3rd party suppliers, account team members and client partners

§ Ensure commercial project turning points are agreed and published and that transition invoices are raised in accordance with agreed payment terms (if applicable)

§ Contain and resolve cross-transition work stream issues that do not require sponsor attention

§ Monitor progress to make sure client deliverables are delivered on time and within budget

§ Work with client's Transition Lead to establish a governance organization

§ Serve as the point of contact for the PMO lead and governance team

§ Communicate program performance to Client partners and Capgemini internal partners

§ Monitor and maintain team morale, program timelines, turning points and resource usage

Responsibilities - Specific

§ Transition solution architect responsible for developing Transition plans, responding to RFPs/ RFIs and support the sales team with complete ownership of Transition solution

What you will bring (Required Skills and Experience):

§ proven ability within delivery management and transition management with a proven track record in successfully delivered transitions including cost performance, transition excellence, and client management. Includes experience running large and complex deals

§ Excellent communication

§ Ability to work in a fast paced, customer driven environment and handle multiple priorities

§ Strong problem solving and analytical skills

§ Strong and validated knowledge of financial and contract management

§ Consistent record in partner management, including conflict resolution

§ Experience in leading, mentoring and coaching of operations teams (large/small)

§ Experience working in global and multi cultural environments

§ Experience working with presales teams to work on RFP, RFI directly with the client

§ Experience writing project charters and SOW

§ Experience deploying IT Tools, setting up Service Management process and integration of ITSM tools with infrastructure tools

§ PMP or Prince 2 certification preferred
