Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Practice Leader to spearhead our front-end development practice. This leader will drive the strategy and execution of our UI, mobile, and web development capabilities, ensuring that our clients receive the best-in-class digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage FED/Mobile-specific marketing assets that support pre-sales, pipeline growth, bookings, and revenue
  • Actively manage and report on market/pipeline growth and account penetration (Bookings, Revenue)
  • Partner with practice channel management (i.e., Sector Leads) and regional account teams (through Account planning), and through account-specific value propositions to drive offer revenue and bookings growth.
  • Develop proactive proposals for Group and Platinum accounts.
  • Partner and collaborate with DCX capability practice to develop offerings, account specific proactive pursuits.
  • Participate in local/regional Customer First COEs to identify opportunities where FED is relevant.
  • Lead and orchestrate Interactive FED DCX capability team members (and alliance partners) to add FED/Mobile value propositions to RFPs and proactive offers.
  • Act as a promotor and active contributor to building offer specific thought leadership
  • Recruiting strategy, plan, and implementation. Support recruiting efforts
  • Partnership management tactics and activities (lead and pipeline management, reporting, training, day-to-day operations of the partnerships)

Deal Pursuit, Solution, and Delivery Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in Customer First COEs, Market Unit, and Account planning events to proactively identify Interactive/FED Opportunities
  • Coordinate with DCX Capability Practices and other COEs and Business Lines (Invent, CSD, I&D, BSV, Sogeti) to ensure the right SME representation
  • Develop the Win-Strategy and shaping of competitive narrative
  • Collaborate with the deal-shaping process to understand client vision expectations are met and ensure end-to-end delivery resources are assigned
  • Shape deals to be comprehensive, end-to-end, from strategy to execution to long-term managed services

The ideal candidates will possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in UI development, mobile app development (iOS and Android), and web development.
  • Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks and tools such as React, Angular, Vue.js, and others.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, web performance optimization, and accessibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the vision and strategy for our front-end development practice, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of UI, mobile, and web developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and challenges and provide expert advice on front-end development best practices.
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of front-end development projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
  • Technical Excellence: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in UI, mobile, and web development, and integrate them into our practice.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other practice leaders, UX designers, and back-end developers to deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients.
