Overview
In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of scheduled reporting to the firm's clients and the preparation of presentations used in meetings with clients, prospects and consultants.
Working closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders, the team provide a variety of deliverables which combines information including commentary and data such as performance, attribution, and fund specific detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all client reporting tasks, automated and manual, are delivered accurately and in a timely manner to the client.
- Ensure all presentations are accurate, consistent with all other literature produced and follow company guidelines.
- Ensure all enquiries coming into the Client Reporting and Presentations mailboxes are dealt with in a timely and professional manner drawing upon the resources of other departments where necessary.
- Support the Client Service, Client Management and Investment teams with all reporting and presentation enquiries.
- Completion of various CTOs (Client Take-On) by set deadlines. Signing off the various stages/tasks of the CTO on salesforce, checking contracts, reporting requirements, setting up both manual and automated reporting, setting up all necessary communications and obligations.
- Participate/manage firm-wide or intra team projects and initiatives where appropriate
- Assist with other Client Reporting Team work such as Contact Changes, Audit Requests and Timetable Management as and when required.
