Overview

In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Client Operations Team in the completion of their deliverables as efficiently as possible, while maintaining compliance with all internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in retrieving reports required to complete upcoming add reps, cash recs, nav checks or audit requests, including downloading of custodian statements
  • Helping to prepare additional, client requested, reports as required (over and above our standard automated reporting) - typically reconciliations or valuation data.
  • Retrieving month-end net asset value figures for each client account, either via Electra (utilising their data gathering service) or downloading reports and manually uploading figures into our accounting system, in order to facilitate our month-end reconciliation obligation.
  • Preparing audit requests for distribution
  • Responding to holdings requests
  • Assisting with Data Transfer Files as required for Fee Billing purposes
  • Completing Salesforce contact and communications updates
  • Compiling the daily, weekly and monthly packs for sign-off
  • Collate samples requested to evidence compliance with the necessary controls for the auditor
  • Assisting across the wider team as required to support management in the day to day running of the team
  • Recording periodic invoice distribution and saving invoices to M-Files
  • Populating daily uploaders (spreadsheets) for populating our accounting system (and subsequent downstream systems) with data related to the unitised funds we act as Investment Manager for.
  • Completing 5500 Forms for Pooled Funds
  • Monitoring the client take on process for timely completion of tasks
