Manage special projects as directed by senior management.
  • Contributes to the US payroll team activities as requested and escalates identified issues or inefficiencies to more senior managers. Identifies potential areas of exposure and oversees the implementation of new controls and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Ensures all identified system issues are raised, tracked, tested and resolved via the technology reporting tool to ultimately be implemented in production.
  • Responsible for fully understanding earnings, deductions, tax documentation, withholding, reporting and processing of the US payroll.
  • Support the Payroll Operations and Tax teams with all required release, project and process testing.
  • Independently addresses complex issues and receives issues escalated by the US payroll team and works toward resolution
  • Serve as the main point of contact for US payroll configuration, testing and JIRA questions.
  • Responsible for the completion of end to end testing with collaboration across all the relevant People team groups.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of policies and new procedures that align with the organization and organizational objectives.
  • Assists in the development of reports as required by the US payroll team.
  • Leads the team in system implementation of changes if approved.
  • Assist with required balance adjustments and overpayment analysis.
