  • Manage and own the accurate and timely processing of the monthly end to end payroll according to the defined standards and client requirements


  • Produce and understand standard and client specific payroll reports including statutory Poland HR & Payroll reporting


  • Maintains current knowledge of legislation requirements; system updates, changes and overall payroll procedures while managing the payroll legislation road map


  • Understand standard and client specific payroll reports including statutory year end reporting needs as required by the customer contract and scope of service


  • Support and manage system maintenance testing


  • Support technical issue coordination and resolution


  • Handle all types of questions that might occur within the overall payroll process. When necessary, discuss the matter with the employee and/or all internal and external stakeholders


  • Ensure all matters related to payroll are handled completely, effectively, timely and according to our code of conduct


  • Participate and champion innovation activities to drive continuous improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Professional experience in Payroll processing (at least 4 years)


  • Advanced Excel skills


  • Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn


  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment


  • Verbal aand written English communication skills (at least B1 level)


  • SAP experience is an advantage
