THE ROLE:
Senior Payroll Specialist

- Manage and own the accurate and timely processing of the monthly end to end payroll according to the defined standards and client requirements
- Produce and understand standard and client specific payroll reports including statutory Poland HR & Payroll reporting
- Maintains current knowledge of legislation requirements; system updates, changes and overall payroll procedures while managing the payroll legislation road map
- Understand standard and client specific payroll reports including statutory year end reporting needs as required by the customer contract and scope of service
- Support and manage system maintenance testing
- Support technical issue coordination and resolution
- Handle all types of questions that might occur within the overall payroll process. When necessary, discuss the matter with the employee and/or all internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure all matters related to payroll are handled completely, effectively, timely and according to our code of conduct
- Participate and champion innovation activities to drive continuous improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional experience in Payroll processing (at least 4 years)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Verbal aand written English communication skills (at least B1 level)
- SAP experience is an advantage
