We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Implementation Lead to join our Client Onboarding organization Asset Servicing team. This role is in Everett, MA and is a hybrid position.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Deliver top-notch integration experience for BNY Mellon clients choosing external / vendor platforms to interface with BNY Mellon
- Develop and sustain trust-based stakeholder engagements for both internal and external parties with mutual end goals in mind.
- Laser focused accurate assessment of business needs to enable Client Onboarding to successfully deliver positive system integration.
- Deliver practical solutions for projects that meet the requirements of the Implementation team.
- Candidate with at least a Graduate degree with minimum 7 years of experience in an implementation capacity, with leading consultancy or technology outsourced services provider.
- Strong project management, business analysis and industry knowledge skills; ability to apply that knowledge to ensure projects are managed appropriately.
- Leading vendor integrated projects - influencing external stakeholders to implement flexible, innovative solutions to meet client as well as BNYM needs.
- Ability to thought lead, shape and execute application expansion in line with BNYM onboarding leadership needs, evolving client requirements and commensurate operating environment in BNYM.
