We're seeking a future team member for the role of Analyst, Fund Reporting to join our Fund Reporting Team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland. Working Mode - Hybrid.

Reporting to the team Manager, the Analyst prepares regulatory financial reports on behalf of assigned clients and funds.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Providing regulatory filings to the SEC - U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, on a monthly basis.
  • Reviewing financial data to ensure reported numbers are accurate and reconciled.
  • Ensuring regulatory / financial reports meet applicable standards and regulations.
  • Keeping Supervisor informed of any issues and their progress as a matter of urgency
  • Contributing to the achievement of team's objectives.
  • Providing feedback to ad-hoc queries and requests from the regulator and/or client.
  • Ensuring adherence to established process and procedures as well as working in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 0-3 years of work experience in accounting/finance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required.
  • PC literacy, including high proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Proactive and organized, with holistic view of process and results, and with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  • A self-motivated team player with a can-do attitude and a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • General knowledge of financial assets and derivative instruments beneficial but not required.
