Team overview

The team provides regulatory / shareholder financial reporting for our United States based clients. Due to the frequently changing regulatory environment, we anticipate continued growth with these services over the coming years.

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst to join our Fund Reporting team. This role is located in Wrocław, Dolnoślaskie, POLAND - HYBRID.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the team Manager, the Lead Analyst prepares and reviews regulatory financial reports on behalf of assigned clients and funds.

Responsibilities include:
  • Provide regulatory filings to the SEC - U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, on a monthly basis.
  • Reviews financial data to ensure reported numbers are accurate and reconciled.
  • Ensures regulatory / financial reports meet applicable standards and regulations.
  • Identifies process changes needed to ensure full time compliance with any new standards and regulations, and/or to improve team efficiency.
  • Contributes to the achievement of team's objectives.
  • Provide feedback to ad-hoc queries and requests from the regulator and/or client.
Ensure adherence to established process and procedures as well as working in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in accounting/finance.
  • Good knowledge of GAAP and accounting/finance concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required.
  • PC literacy, including high proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Proactive and organized, with holistic view of process and results, and with the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  • A self-motivated team player with a can-do attitude and a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, some managerial experience would be an extra asset.
  • Experience in other operational areas would be beneficial, but not required.
  • Strong attention to details.
General knowledge of financial assets and derivative instruments beneficial but not required.
