About This Role
As the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving programs that align with the long-term people goals of Human Resources across Pharmaceutical Operations & Technology (PO&T). You will oversee key initiatives that ensure HR processes and standards are effectively implemented to support the business and its employees. Reporting directly to the Head of HR for PO&T, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to manage critical organizational interventions, employee relations matters, and people and talent processes. Your expertise will help shape HR strategies while enhancing the employee experience within these dynamic and innovative teams. What You'll Do
- Develop and manage the Global HR program calendar to ensure timely communication and coordinated roll-out with the business.
- Partner closely with HR leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to execute programs, processes, and practices.
- Organize and manage materials and timelines for Organizational Talent Review (OTR) processes, including project management, data analysis, and presentation development.
- Drive development planning processes for the organization, including communications and launch efforts.
- Analyze People Survey outputs, identify trends, and create presentation materials to facilitate business understanding of results.
- Support the execution of performance management programs, including project management, data analysis, presentation development, and calibration meeting facilitation.
- Provide monthly updates to PO&T goal tracker and ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Implement consistent nomination processes for learning and development programs, mentoring programs, awards, and recognition programs, leveraging data to inform recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR Operations to drive data integrity and accuracy within the function.
- Engage with the Data Analytics CoE to develop dashboards, analyze trends, and recommend automation improvements for better access to analytics.
- Partner with Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and People Relations CoEs to identify areas for improvement and support knowledge transfer across functions.
- Lead implementation and logistical management of functional-specific programs, including leadership and management development activities.
- Provide performance management support, including manager coaching, performance improvement plans, and employee relations issues.
- Actively engage with employees and managers, serving as a credible and capable HR resource.
- Contribute to team projects, including goal setting and team development initiatives.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in human resources or related work.
- Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience including 5+ years in Human Resources
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one aspect of Human Resources (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand data inputs, identify trends, and proactively make recommendations.
- Proven track record of successful program or project management, from inception to completion.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, business partnership, and delivering on commitments in a timely manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt style and approach based on audience.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of Workday and other HR systems and processes.
- Experience partnering across HR Centers of Excellence to deliver business improvements.

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this role is: $120,000.00-$161,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
