About This Role
As the Sr. Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving programs that align with the long-term people goals of Human Resources across Research & Development and Medical. You will oversee key initiatives related to HR programs, ensuring processes and standards are implemented effectively to support the business and its employees. Reporting directly to the Head of HR for R&D and Medical, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to manage critical organizational interventions, employee relations matters, and people and talent processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping HR strategies and enhancing the employee experience within these dynamic and innovative teams. What You'll Do
- Develop and manage the Global HR program calendar to ensure timely communication and coordinated roll-out with the business.
- Partner closely with HR Leaders and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to execute programs, processes, and practices.
- Collaborate on the Organization and Talent Review (OTR) process, including calendar development, data analytics, and talent planning for cross-functional audiences.
- Generate regional/functional reports for People Surveys, create summary slides, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate and manage calibration sessions for leadership teams, ensuring data accuracy and timely input.
- Analyze data and propose recommendations for annual goal-setting processes, aligning with culture and people strategies.
- Oversee nomination processes for top talent programs, utilizing organizational and talent review data to inform recommendations.
- Lead and contribute to global or high-impact function projects, including development programs and mentoring initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with process owners to drive enhancements.
- Research reporting solutions, automate processes, and provide data-driven insights to HR leadership.
- Support performance management processes, offering guidance to managers on coaching, performance improvement plans, and employee relations matters.
- Actively engage with employees and managers, serving as a credible HR resource to address concerns and provide support.

Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in human resources or related work.
- Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience including 5+ years in Human Resources
- Program and/or project management experience.
- Analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Skilled in business partnership, advising, and consulting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt style and approach based on audience.
- Strong understanding of Workday and other related HR systems and processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with global HR programs and processes.
- Proven ability to lead or contribute to high-impact projects.
- Familiarity with mentoring or development program implementation.

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this role is: $127,000.00-$170,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.
