Position Overview

Autodesk is looking for a Fusion Channel Sales Specialist to accomplish Autodesk strategy for scaling Fusion sales in EMEA through our Channel Partners.

You will be a Fusion liaison for Channel Partners, providing guidance on building a successful Fusion business, product trainings for partner teams, and support during sales campaigns. Also, the Channel Sales Specialist will evaluate new Fusion Product Specific Resellers (PSR) applicants and guide them through the registration and onboarding process.

A Fusion Channel Sales Specialist is collaborating with many teams to exceed shared goals. Fusion is a fast-growing business, and you will be critical to our success in becoming the #1 Design and Manufacturing technology in the industry.

You will be reporting to Director, Fusion 360 Sales.

We support hybrid working schedule

Responsibilities

  • Grow Fusion business through Channel Partner sales in EMEA
  • Work with Partner Principals to define Fusion strategies for their businesses
  • Build relationships with Partners to facilitate common vision
  • Engage in sales campaigns with Partners
  • Conduct scheduled 1:1 session with Partners to offer Fusion updates and understand challenges they are encountering
  • Accomplish "Fusion Global Channel Call" including moderating, setting agenda and recruiting / preparing with SMEs for presentations
  • Assist partners in developing Fusion-focused sales and marketing plans
  • Interview new PSR candidates, submit applications, and provide onboarding support
  • Promote Partners within the Fusion organization to highlight the value they deliver to Autodesk and our customers
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts between Partners

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of software sales experience
  • Manufacturing Industry Experience is a plus
  • Desire to be in Technology sales with the high level of complexity
  • Experience attaining sales quotas
  • Fluency in English, other European language is a plus
