Human Resources Partner

At Aptiv as Human Resources Partner (Talent, Benefits & Compensation) you will be able to develop activities focus on management of Talent, Benefits, Compensation and General Services for Aptiv employees.

Your Role:

  • Supporting Talent Acquisition & Development.
  • Responsible for new employees Onboarding.
  • Supporting local administration of employees benefits.
  • Supporting compensation activities: reviews, proposals and compensation forecasts.
  • Supporting employee engagement review and proposal activities according to business needs.
  • Monitoring and improvement area KPIs.

Your background:

  • Minimum bachelor degree in Business Administration, IT, HR, Lawyer, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development Administration, Compensation & Benefits
  • Strong skills in analytics
  • Strong skills in negotiation
  • Strong skills in communication
  • Business fluent English
