This role will be responsible for Production Control & Logistic practices, assure consistent customer support from Logistics section. Ensuring effective and efficient process (inbound/outbound) of common customs cleanse、logistics. Continuously improving the efficiency and cost saving of the department . Lead the team to achieve Logistics operation target. This role will report to plant Customs & Logistics Supervisor.

此职位主要负责物流部门运行过程,向客户提供物流支持,确保海关通关和物流的有效流程(进出境)。持续提高效率并节省费用,带领部门完成物流运行指标。此职位将会直接向工厂关务&物流主管汇报

Responsibilities and Duties

Daily:

Coordinate / supervise the shipping delivery information with logistics team

与物流团队协调/监督发货信息

To co-ordinate the in-outbound transportation based on central defined networks and value streams

Monthly:

To control and monitor the invoices of LSP for the payment on time and follow up with the LSP of invoices that are in dispute

控制和监控LSP发票的按时付款情况,并对有争议的发票进行跟踪

Monthly logistic cost count for plant FIN and central Logistic

每月为工厂财务和中心物流统计物流成本

Monthly payment billing report for FIN

Payment summary report for plant FIN and central Logistic

If implemented, split of the costs between plants/projects, considering the material transported by each using the data on SAP

To monitor plant FIN logistic cost booking in comparison with the forecast and comply with payment

To support the implementation of lean projects in the logistics area

To support budget preparation and monthly logistics cost analysis and action follow ups.

支持预算编制和每月物流成本分析及跟进。

Follow and support policy, target and procedure of EHS, and supervise environment protection during production operation. Energy saving, reduce waste. Comply with regulatory requirements. Protect employees' health & safety.
