Key Qualifications

  • 4+ years in roles where you've worked directly with sales teams and partners, including experience in training and supporting channel sales teams.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills and proven ability to speak to executives, partners, and customers expertly.
  • Experienced in assessing sales materials and using training management tools.
  • Prove proficiency and skill using Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Excel and Quip.
  • Able to work with different teams to develop and refine training materials, especially simplifying technical content for sales teams.

Description

In this role, you will: Lead sales enablement initiatives and develop a highly skilled channel seller community. Focus on providing micro-training training, ongoing engagement, and working with partner teams to understand their customers. Drive sales growth by closely working with Channel Partners and Apple cross-functional teams, ensuring initiatives align with our comprehensive sales and pre-sales technical services enablement strategies, emphasizing a customer-centric approach. Use deep knowledge of channel partner enablement practices, tools, and challenges, including developing strategies through direct engagement with partner L&D and CRM teams, helping sellers engage with customers wherever they are in the buying cycle.

Education & Experience

Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300.00 and $197,400.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
