Your impact 
  • Develop and deliver best in class analytical infrastructure for Sales Operations and cross functional business partners by leveraging SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce CRMa
  • Partner with Sales leadership and Sales Operations Director to define Strategy & Planning including org structure, go to market motion, KPIs, HC requirements, investments, and training needed for success in all segments
  • Deliver Operational Excellence in Pipeline, Forecast, and Reporting by delivering analytics and insights to Sales, Marketing and Finance leadership that measure key business drivers.
  • Communicate business insights and recommendations to Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance leadership that measure key business drivers and drive strategic insight and direction
  • Lead Data governance and stewardship for Sales Operations including cleansing, manipulation, and preparation; Partner with cross-functional operations and analytics teams when necessary
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend technology investments with clear ROI and implementation plans; Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

 

Qualifications

  • Leadership: Visible management and influence across teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Able to draw insightful conclusions from data. Deliver timely insights that contribute to driving performance; Effective at developing and maintaining performance dashboards and business intelligence.
  • Forecasting and Insights: Ability to work with Finance, Marketing and Sales leadership to manage top-down and bottoms-up forecasting; create benchmarks, trending, analysis. 
  • Territory, Goal and Incentives Design: Lead design of territories, roles and incentives to achieve outcomes in support of company strategy.
  • Flexibility / Adaptability: Adapts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Agile and can lead effectively through change. 
  • Technical Expertise:  Experience in S&M SaaS operations teams utilizing SFDC reporting and analytics platforms to deliver insights.
  • Growth Mindset: Positive, owns outcomes and takes responsibility for actions and relationships.
  • Honesty / Integrity: Does not cut corners ethically, earns trust and maintains confidence.

 

Must have
  • 5+ years of Sales Operations experience
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong experience with SQL, Tableau, Advanced Excel/Google sheets required; Salesforce Einstein / CRMa is a Plus
  • Experience in software or services industry is a plus
  • Experience in S&M SaaS operations teams utilizing SFDC reporting and analytics platforms to deliver insights. 
  • Experience within a scaling organization in a fast paced, high growth environment 
  • Has strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems
  • Strong strategic planning and anticipation skills, with an ability to manage by influence
  • Enjoys presenting and communicating across all levels

 

Compensation & Benefits
The base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $108,000-$160,000
The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc. 
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
